Insilicos offers software and services for analysis of complex biological samples and similar data.

Application areas include biomarker discovery, diagnostics, and similar machine learning and statistical problems. Insilicos has extensive expertise in analyzing proteomics data and other mass spectrometry data.

Peptide Search

MR-Tandem uses cloud computing for high-performance peptide search. MR-Tandem runs on any Hadoop cluster, but offers special support for Amazon Web Services.

Mass Spectrometry Viewer

Insilicos Viewer is a free viewer for mass spectrometry proteomics data, such as from MudPIT-type experiments. This viewer can read mzML, mzXML, mzData, and other formats.

Parallel Computing

Insilicos Cloud Army is a platform for parallel computation in the Amazon cloud, including machine learning ensembles written in R for computational biology and other areas of scientific research.

GPGPU Computing

WideLM performs linear regression on multiple similarly-shaped models in parallel, using GPUs. WideLM is suitable for very large linear regression problems.
