Insilicos offers free versions of many of our software products.

MR-Tandem

MR-Tandem is a cloud-based version of the popular X!Tandem peptide search engine. MR-Tandem brings down the cost of large peptide searches. MR-Tandem is free for academic and commercial use.

MR-Tandem runs on any Hadoop cluster, but offers special support for Amazon Web Services (AWS) for creating inexpensive on-demand peptide search clusters.

mzML Viewer

Insilicos Viewer allows viewing of tandem mass spectrometry proteomics data in mzML, mzXML, and mzData formats. It can also be used for viewing mass spec data in other formats, including mass spectrometry data from experiments other than proteomics, such as metabolomics. Insilicos Viewer runs on Windows operating systems. Insilicos Viewer supports mass spec data in mzXML, mzData, ANDI, and TF (RAW) files.
