Insilicos Cloud Army is a platform for parallel computation in the Amazon cloud. Cloud Army includes special features for manipulating machine learning ensembles written in R, and is particularly well-suited for computational biology and other areas of scientific research.
Cloud Army allows you to easily manage the analysis of very large machine learning problems from your own computer, using Amazon Web Services.
Cloud Army is also home to MR-Tandem, a hadoop-enabled peptide search engine based on X!Tandem.
