Insilicos offers software and services for the automated analysis of complex biological samples via multidimensional separations, typically combined with mass spectrometry.

Biomarker Discovery

The Insilicos platform is a flexible, high-throughput system for analysis of biological samples and identification of biomarkers. Uniquely, the Insilicos platform can achieve nearly complete coverage of biomarker proteins in complex samples.

Proteomics

The Insilicos Proteomic Pipeline (IPP) includes modules for validation of database search results, quantitation of isotopically labeled samples, protein inference, and other proteomics functions.

IPP is based on the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline (TPP), an open source proteomics project.

Free Viewer

Insilicos Viewer is a free viewer for mass spectrometry proteomics data, such as from MudPIT-type experiments. This viewer can read mzXML, a mass spectrometry data format developed at the Institute for Systems Biology; mzData, developed by the HUPO PSI standards group; and other formats.
